Irish Heaths and German Cliffs: a Study of the Foreign Sources of Wuthering Heights

Scholars have often disagreed as to the sources for Emily Bronte’s Wuthering Heights. The author asserts that by looking at the novel as a combination of Irish, German, and British influences, the problems with the sources of Wuthering Heights are easily understood.
