BYU TV will be showing the documentary film "Melting the Ice: A History of Latter-day Saints in Alaska," on Sunday, April 29, at 4:30 pm. The documentary tells the story of the first missionaries, first branches, growth, and the building of a temple, all in the magnificent and challenging landscape of Alaska.
The film was produced by Fred E. Woods and Martin Andersen Production and is supported by the BYU Religious Studies Center.
