On March 21, Carol Cornwall Madsen, Jill Mulvay Derr, and Kate Holbrook will present a panel discussion on Emmeline B. Wells, titled "A Conversation on Resilience." Carol Madsen is the author of the recently published book Emmeline B. Wells: An Intimate History. She also authored An Advocate for Women: The Public Life of Emmeline B. Wells, 1870-1920, published by BYU Studies.

On March 22, 23, and 24, the Mormon Scholars in the Humanities will hold their annual conference at BYU, with a theme of humor. The conference is free and open to the public. Donations accepted. Speakers include several who have published in BYU Studies: Shawn Tucker, Julie Allen, Robert Rees, Kristian Heal, Alan Goff, Tyler Chadwick, Joseph Spencer, Samuel Brown, and Rosalynde Welch.

On March 23, 2018, the annual BYU Easter Conference will be held. It is sponsored by the BYU Religious Studies Center. This year's keynote speaker is Susan W. Tanner, former Young Women General President. Other speakers are Thomas Wayment and Anthony Sweat. Videos of the conference will be posted later; previous years' videos are available here.

On April 7, 2018, Book of Mormon Central will present the conference "Experience the Book of Mormon" at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, Utah. Registration fees are stated on the website. Speakers include Matt Roper, Jo Ann Seely, John W. Welch, and others. The program includes presentations and interactive booths.
