Bruce C. Hafen
Bruce C. Hafen is an emeritus member of the First Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He received a BA from BYU and a JD from the University of Utah. After practicing law, he joined the faculty of BYU’s new J. Reuben Clark Law School. He served as President of Ricks College (now BYU–Idaho) from 1978 to 1985, as Dean of the law school from 1985 to 1989, and as Provost of BYU from 1989 to 1996. Most recently, he served as President of the St. George Utah Temple.
