David W. Smith

David W. Smith received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in public administration, both from Brigham Young University. He has presented multiple times at BYU’s Religious Education Student Symposium. He works in operations at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah. He is grateful for the support of Brian Q.
