Frederick W. Axelgard

At the time this article was written, Frederick W. Axelgard was Counselor for Political-Military Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He received a B.A. in University Studies from Brigham Young University, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. Currently, he is Senior Advisor to the Coordinator for Counter-Terrorism, U.S. Department of State.
