Jennifer Champoux

Jennifer Champoux lives in Colorado with her husband and three children. She is an independent scholar with a primary research interest in the visual culture of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is a co-editor of Approaching the Tree: Interpreting 1 Nephi 8 (Maxwell Institute) and a co-author of Picturing Christ: Understanding Depictions of Jesus in History and Art (Deseret Book). Jenny is the creator and director of the Book of Mormon Art Catalog. Previously, she taught art history as adjunct faculty at colleges in Boston and Colorado. She holds a BA in international politics from Brigham Young University and an MA in art history from Boston University.
