Keith Allred

Keith Allred is the executive director of the National Institute for Civil Discourse and the founder of CommonSense American. He was an associate professor of negotiation and conflict resolution at the Harvard Kennedy School. He began his academic career as an assistant professor of social and organizational psychology at Columbia University. Allred earned a PhD in organizational behavior from UCLA and a BA in American history from Stanford University.
