Kelly N. Schaeffer-Bullock

Kelly N. Schaeffer-Bullock received her juris doctor from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2008. After graduation, Schaeffer-Bullock continued as a guest lecturer and legal contributor to the “Joseph Smith and the Law” class through 2014. She has spent the majority of her legal career in public service and has served as the Justice Court Judge for the cities of Highland and Alpine since 2017.
