Martin B. Hickman

Dr. Hickman, professor of political science and Dean of the College of Social Sciences at Brigham Young University, is a former U.S. Foreign Service Officer for the State Department, and the author of Problems of American Foreign Policy, and The Military and American Society, as well as numerous articles in scholarly journals. He is currently on leave as Resident Professor of the European Program, Graduate School of International Affairs, University of Southern California.
