Merrill J. Bateman

Merrill J. Bateman, former dean of the School of Management at BYU, is Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Shortly before this publication went to press, Bishop Bateman was made a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy and named president of Brigham Young University.
