Richard G. Wilkins
Richard G. Wilkins will begin a two-year professional development leave from Brigham Young University in January 2006 to serve as the initial Managing Director of the Doha International Institute for Family Studies and Development in Doha, Qatar. He has served as the Managing Director of the World Family Policy Center, BYU, since 1996. He is Professor of Law at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, where he has written extensively on constitutional law, international law, family policy, federal jurisdiction and legal advocacy. He is a former Assistant to the Solicitor General, United States Department of Justice.
