Richard Neitzel Holzapfel
Richard Neitzel Holzapfel is Professor of Church History and Doctrine at Brigham Young University, and is currently serving as president of the Alabama Birmingham Mission. Prior to his mission call, he served as director of publications for BYU’s Religious Studies Center and photographic editor for BYU Studies. He received his BA from Brigham Young University and his MA and PhD degrees from the University of California at Irvine.
