Richard Neitzel Holzapfel
Richard Neitzel Holzapfel is a professor emeritus of Church History and Doctrine, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. He is the author or coauthor of several articles and books focusing on historical nineteenth- and twentieth-century photographs, including more than a dozen articles published in BYU Studies Quarterly. Richard and Thomas Wells are the coauthors for an article on Charles Ellis Johnson’s photographs of the Holy Land in 1903.
