Thomas S. Hilton

Thomas S. E. Hilton is a professor emeritus of information systems and former chair of the Department of Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. He holds a BA in English and a PhD in instructional science/technology, both from Brigham Young University.
